Privacy Policy

Northern Rivers Pressure is a sole trader business operated by Andrew Riascos Millar (ABN 20 588 929 132), based in Suffolk Park, New South Wales. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and what I do with it.

Plain version: I collect your contact details so I can quote and do the work. I don't sell your information to anyone.

What I collect

When you enquire through a Facebook or Instagram enquiry form, this website, a phone call or a text message, I may collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your suburb or postcode
• The property address where the work is to be done
• What you need cleaned, and whether the property is residential or commercial
• Any other details you choose to tell me about the job

I do not collect payment card details through this website or through any enquiry form.

Why I collect it

• To contact you about your enquiry and arrange a free on-site quote
• To schedule and carry out the work
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders
• To invoice you and keep business records as required by Australian law
• To follow up if you asked me to, or to let you know about services that relate to work I have done for you

How I contact you

If you submit an enquiry, you are asking me to get in touch, so I will contact you by phone, SMS or email about that enquiry. If I ever send you anything promotional, every message will include a way to opt out, and you can tell me to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by calling or emailing me.

Who else sees it

I use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business. Your information may be stored or processed by:

• HighLevel — the customer management system I use to store enquiries, appointments and quotes
• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — where you submit an enquiry form on one of my ads, Meta passes your responses to me and also handles that information under its own Data Policy
• Google — for business email and calendar, and Google Analytics on this website (see Cookies below)

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet Australian tax and record-keeping obligations, which is generally seven years for financial records. If you ask me to delete your details and I am not legally required to keep them, I will.

Keeping it safe

Your information is held in password-protected accounts with the providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Your choices

You can ask me to:

• Tell you what information I hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your details
• Stop contacting you

Just ask, using the contact details below. I will respond within a reasonable time and there is no charge.

Cookies

This website uses two measurement tools that set cookies: Google Analytics (to see how visitors use the site and which buttons they tap) and the Meta Pixel (so Meta can measure my ads and show them to people who have visited this site). Both are handled under Google's and Meta's privacy policies and may involve storage outside Australia. Neither tool sees your name or phone number from this site — it has no forms — only that a visit happened and whether the call or text buttons were tapped. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or with an ad-blocker, and the site will still work.

Children

This is a service for property owners and occupiers. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
